1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Launcher v2 launcher software or visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software or website.
2. Description of Service
Launcher v2 provides modified Tibia game client files for use on private Open Tibia servers, delivered via a key-based launcher. The service is a personal project and is not affiliated with CipSoft GmbH in any way.
3. License
A license key grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the launcher and associated client files for the duration of your subscription (7, 14, or 30 days). You may NOT: • Share, sell, or redistribute your license key • Use the key on more devices than licensed • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the launcher • Use the software for any illegal purpose
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are made directly to the service provider (Discord / PayPal / transfer). Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not offered once a key has been delivered and activated. Disputes are handled case-by-case — contact us on Discord.
5. Intellectual Property
The launcher is an independent software tool. The Tibia client files are the intellectual property of CipSoft GmbH. This service does not claim ownership of the Tibia client. Usage is your sole responsibility and at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all private servers. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to account bans on private servers.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke a license key without refund if these Terms are violated, including but not limited to key sharing or circumventing the license system.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
