1. What we collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate the license verification system: • License key (a random string you received after purchase) • Heartbeat timestamps (to track active sessions) • Windows username (hashed) — used solely for multi-client detection We do NOT collect names, emails, payment details, or any personally identifiable information.
2. How we use your data
The collected data is used exclusively to: • Verify that your license key is valid and active • Prevent sharing of a single key across more devices than licensed • Diagnose launcher connectivity issues on request We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.
3. Data storage & retention
License records are stored in a secured database hosted on Supabase (EU region). Expired or revoked license records are deleted within 30 days after expiry.
4. Cookies & tracking
The launcher software itself does not set cookies. This website uses Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no personal data stored) to measure anonymous page view counts.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your license data at any time by contacting us on Discord (@obliczone) or by email. We will process your request within 72 hours.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the launcher after changes constitutes acceptance.
